City of Peck Ranks No. 2 for DEQ Water Facility Plan Grant Funding

The City of Peck is excited to announce that we ranked #2 out of 29 applicants statewide for funding consideration through the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Water Facility Plan Grant program.
This ranking reflects the strength of Peck’s application and highlights the importance of planning for the future of our community’s water infrastructure. Facility planning is a critical first step toward ensuring that Peck continues to provide safe, reliable drinking water for residents for years to come.
The DEQ grant funding would support the development of a comprehensive facility plan for the City’s water treatment system. This planning process helps identify current and future needs, evaluate potential improvements, and prepare the City for future infrastructure funding opportunities.
