A high wind warning is in effect for many counties, including Nez Perce county and the City of Peck  from 10:00 pm Tuesday, December 16th through 4:00 pm Wednesday, December 17th. Expect sustained winds between 25 and 45 mph, with gusts reaching up to 60 mph—and possibly as high as 70 mph in isolated areas. Power outages are likely and expected due to these severe conditions.
