The City of Peck is committed to transparency and provides access to public records in accordance with Idaho law.

Submit a Request

All public records requests must be submitted in writing. To assist you, the City offers a fillable Public Records Request Form.

Step 1: Complete the Form Below
Download and complete the form, providing:

  • A clear description of the records requested
  • Relevant dates or date ranges (if applicable)
  • Your name and contact information

Step 2: Submit the Form
Submit your completed form by:

  • Email the form to cityofpeck@qroidaho.net (attach the form)
  • Mail (print and send to City Hall)

Other Written Requests
Use of the form is encouraged but not required. Requests may also be submitted by email, letter, or fax.

Response Time & Fees
The City will respond within the timeframes required by Idaho law. Fees may apply for copies or staff time, as permitted by law.
